Our Process
After completing your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your reservation details, pick-up location, and contact information. Please review all details for accuracy.
Arrive at the specified branch or airport counter. Bring your driver’s licence (and International Driving Permit if required), a valid credit card, and your booking confirmation.
Our staff will verify your identity and driver’s licence to ensure compliance with New Zealand’s driving requirements.
Conduct a thorough vehicle inspection with staff, noting any existing damage and fuel level. Both parties sign the inspection report.
Review and sign the rental agreement, insurance options, and terms and conditions. Any outstanding payments or deposits are processed.
Our staff will demonstrate the vehicle’s features and provide a safety briefing tailored to New Zealand’s driving conditions.
Once the paperwork is complete, collect your keys and set off. Drive smart and safe – Kia Ora New Zealand Roads!

- After collecting your luggage, follow signsdirecting you to the rental car parking area near the terminal.
- Proceed directly to the designated pick-up zonespecified in your confirmation email.
- Your booking details will include the parking lotto your car.
- Follow the pickup instructions provided in yourbooking confirmation to access your vehicle and retrieve the key.
- If you have booked a free shuttle to collectyour vehicle from our Hamilton City branch, please make your way to the pickuparea outside the terminal. One of our team members will be waiting for you.
